Service Description

The first part of the session is the consult, and then biofeedback. Biofeedback refers to getting information such as your vitals or energetic frequencies read & fed back to you for modulation. Galvanic Skin Response Biofeedback allows us to connect to our physiological functions. The Galvanic Skin Response (GSR) device is a tool that when placed on the skin, measures sweat- a physical representation of what is happening inside, & can indicate increased respiration, heart rate, & emotional stress such as anxiousness, fear, or anger. You simply place your finger on the device, & it emits a tone that you can hear. When you are more nervous, the tone is louder. Through sequential training, you can learn how to quiet the device, and thus- your mind.
