We do not take any insurance. Many functional, holistic, and natural practitioners do not take insurance, as our scope of practice differs from the standard physician. As board certified DNM, PhD doctors, (not MD physicians), we don't fall under the same jurisdiction. Insurance companies dictate what treatments and protocols physicians are allowed to use, and what they can be reimbursed for, which does not always resonate with what you truly need. Fortunately, holistic practitioners here maintain their autonomy in decision making with their clients.
